The Global Palette Project has curated digital artwork from Creators Around the World, each painting with the Colours of Humanity.

194 Countries, 211 Colours, 1 Human Race

The Colours of Humanity
The Global Palette Project was born out of a desire to share and celebrate the beautiful diversity found in the human race. After compiling an album of people from 194 different countries, design software was used to lift 211 representative swatches from these photos, pulling together a palette that depicts the wide range of skin tones found around the globe.
With this palette in hand, our team engaged artists from a range of countries, each with their own unique styles, to produce pieces of artwork that celebrate unity, diversity, and humanity. Artists were given full creative freedom to choose the aesthetic, subject matter, composition, and digital media of their works, with the only direction being that the works must contain each of the 211 colours in the palette, and that no colours outside of the palette should be used.

Committed to Community

The founders of the Global Palette Project are committed to leveraging this project to support sustainable development projects across the Global South, pledging 70% of the net profits from these pieces to help fund agriculture installations for food production and workforce development. This commitment stems from our team members’ extensive backgrounds in designing and implementing sustainable farming and agro-business solutions for nations working to bolster their food security.
